Shipping Information

We offer worldwide shipping.

Goods are dispatched from an international warehouse located in the U.K. Some products like Nootropics ship from Singapore / Hong Kong.

Some products require a prescription in particular regions such as the EU and are shipped from Singapore / Hong Kong. You are responsible to make sure you are allowed to import a given product and what the requirements are for your country. If a product requires a prescription in the destination country then this must be provided in order to ship the item.

Traceable Delivery: 10-14 business days international (tracked).

Economy Delivery: 14-25 business days international (untracked).

Note: shipping times can vary slightly between countries. Times above are average timeframes.

You will be notified when your order is dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment. Contact us for all order tracking inquiries. Tracking numbers are available on request and are generally available 24-48 hours after dispatch. Sometimes the postal service is under backlog and tracking will not show events for the first week or so. Once the postal service works through the backlog, events will begin to appear on tracking.

The buyer is responsible for any additional importation fees imposed by the destination country. You must comply with the laws and regulations of your country. If an order is not successfully delivered due to non-compliance with customs/importation laws in the destination country, then the responsibility lies with the purchaser of the order, and we will not issue a refund.

Lost, Missing, or Late Deliveries

If your delivery is late, please contact us so we can investigate its status. We will reach out to the postal service and file a late or missing item inquiry on your behalf.

The postal service will respond with one of the following outcomes:

  • Missing or Lost: If the postal service declares the package missing or lost, we will reship your order. Please note, we can only reship after receiving verifiable proof of loss or non-delivery from the postal service.
  • In Transit: If the postal service confirms the item is still in transit but delayed, we ask for your patience. Delays are beyond our control and may be caused by disruptions in air routes or other systemic delays that impact the entire postal system.

Returns

You can return a product as long as we are notified within 14 days of the order being delivered. The item must be in the original unopened condition as received. You will receive a full refund if you are not happy with your purchase. Contact us to arrange a return.

Return Exceptions

Items that require refrigeration or have a short shelf life (i.e. Symprove), do not qualify for return due to the nature of the product.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided upon the successful return of the order items and provided the order items being returned are unopened and fit for resale.
